With our Chopped Fiberglass Emulsion Roofing System, your dollars are invested in the waterproofing and UV protection and not into the expense of tearing off the existing roof materials.  It can be applied over most existing roof systems after remediation and surface preparation.  There are exceptions to this rule, saturated substrates or structural integrity issues which would require the removal of existing materials.
